Live readings of “What the Jackdaw Saw”

Live readings of “What the Jackdaw Saw”
We are delighted that What the Jackdaw Saw is becoming such a firm favourite with children across the UK. We have been approached with requests for deaf young people to deliver live readings of the book in nurseries, schools and libraries as well as other events, to bring the story to life in spoken English and British Sign Language. Katie described the project and Sarah Ivy-Jayne read the story at a prestigious event organised by the University of Greenwich Faculty of Education and Health in May 2015.

The latest edition of What the Jackdaw Saw has an audio version of the story read by Justin Fletcher and a version of the story in British Sign Language – this would be ideal for use in assemblies, in classrooms or larger forums.
